Dualog® RemoteControl is an integrated service within our new product for remote administration of ship computers. The service allows ship users to invite third parties to take direct control to resolve problems without actually visiting the ship.
In addition, Administrators (e.g. IT staff at the owner / management
company) can take control without invitation from ship staff. The
system can be configured to behave differently based upon the type of
communication systems available.

Our new offering is a web-based solution that handles users,
information, integration, services and all ship-shore communication as
optimally as possible regardless of communication equipment, on board
