Intership Navigation Co. Ltd (ISN) based in Limassol, Cyprus, has decided to equip their fleet of 65 vessels with the new communication solution, Dualog Connection Suite from Dualog. The new solution is expected to be implemented for the entire fleet by the end of 2008.

"This is a major achievement for Dualog, and it is encouraging to secure such a large deal only months after the culmination of 2 years of extensive developments", says Singapore based Dualog CEO, Morten Lind-Olsen.
ISN has made its choice based on an evaluation of the future of the increasingly competitive business of Ship Management. "Reliability, crew welfare and integrated solutions are among the key factors to consider for those wanting to lead way in the business", says Managing Director, Eugen Adami of ISN. Adami give a special mention to Dualog's web based personal e-mail for crew members as an important issue when it comes to being an attractive player in the market.
ISN has been a lead contributor with regard to the new features added to Dualog's latest product, and IT manager at ISN, Pawel Bury has been monitoring the process closely for some time. "Dualog is small enough to be personal, yet big enough to deliver", Bury said after the workshop with the R&D department at Dualog Headquarters in Tromsø, Norway. "Dualog offers the best outsourced solution in the market, still giving us full overview and control via Internet and web. This has been an important criteria for us", adds Dieter Rohdenburg, ISN Operations Manager.
Dualog is experiencing considerable interest for its new product, Dualog Connection Suite, which is especially developed to support the new generation of satellites, introducing broadband and ip based communication to the seagoing fleet. "To meet the market's expectations, Dualog is expanding its international staff in anticipation of further growth," summarizes Morten Lind-Olsen.
