At Dualog's support department someone always answers 24 hours a day.

"Dualog is best when it comes to support" declares Trond Thorsen, IT Manager of Offshore Company Sartor Shipping, without batting an eyelid.

Most of Sartor's fifteen ships are in operation in the North Sea, and the company was one of the very first to opt for Dualog Connection Suite as the solution for their fleet.

"If communications stop working, we can't wait until the following day, I have called in the middle of the night and recieved the help I needed immediatly. That is first rate service", says Thorsen.

For S. Saraswathi, Personnel / Admin Manager at Eastwind, too, support is of considerable significance in her assessment of Dualog.

Eastwind Ship Management Pte Ltd has offices in Singapore and operates 38 ships all over the world. Saraswathi tells us that she became aware of Dualog as far back as 1999. "The people at Dualog are easy to get hold of, and in our experience, their support is excellent," she says.

Dualog Sale Director, Silje Moan, says that availability has always had top priority among the company's customers, and this is why it is an intergral part of the Dualog way of thinking. "Loss of communications at sea can be critical if you don't get the help you need there and then," she says.
