Dualog values the protection of personal data, and we therefore place great emphasis on protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains and clarifies how we, as data controller and processor, treat our visitors and customers personal data according to (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy will apply in situation where Dualog AS (hereinafter “Dualog”, “we”, “us” and “our”) treats personal information collected throughout our services.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
As Dualog.net is a corporate tool, all actions you perform after logging in are logged. Ensuring full traceability of all actions is in the best interest of our customers. The log is only accessable by a select group of Dualog employees as well as by the customer upon request.
After logging in to dualog.net all data transferred are encrypted with SSL. You will be able to see ‘https://’ in front of the web address in your web browser. In order to keep our customers data secure, users are automatically logged out after a period of inactivity. This reduces the possibility of others making changes using your user ID. If you are automatically logged out, you can log back in at any time as normal.
When browsing www.dualog.com you are anonymous. Your IP address and web-browser are logged, but not linked to your identity. We use three different cookies where two are due to Dualog using Google Analytics, and the last one is due to our web publishing system.
No personal data gathered throughout Dualog services is sold, shared or traded with any third parties without your explicit consent. We do not use personal data for any marketing or sales purposes unless specifically stated when the data is gathered.
Dualog Connection Suite contains personal data, such as email, address, phone number and a limited amount of web history. This data is protected and only available to the specific corporate customer as well as a select group of Dualog employees.
For Dualog Connection Suite, we are a processor on behalf of our customers, who are the controllers of the personal data. Dualog uses several sub processors that through data processor agreements governed by GDPR Article 28 are held to the same high standard as Dualog AS.
Dualog will keep personal information for as long as the customer contract is valid. After this data can be deleted or anonymized depending on the wishes of the customer.
If the registered person demands audit, Dualog will assist the customer with producing the required data, as long as it does not violate other registered persons.
Dualog built apps (Crew Connection and Dualog Admin) are free to download and use for Dualog® Connection Suite™ paying customers.
The apps do not collect personally identifiable information. User credentials provided by either Dualog or the Dualog® Connection Suite™ paying customer (shipping company) are required to use the apps.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data. This "data" may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
We value your trust in Dualog® Connection Suite™ services, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Dualog® Connection Suite™ services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
