Introducing Dualog Help Centre
Dualog is delighted to announce the launch of Help Centre which provides direct access to technical documentation, technical support and a searchable knowledge base.
In addition to providing an intuitive interface for submitting new support tickets, the Dualog Help Centre also gives direct access to historical tickets (generated onboard or ashore) and all related communication. The new searchable knowledge base provides access to a wide range of documentation and articles.
Support Centre is the new home for Dualog’s expanding range of how-to and step-by-step guides. This is just the beginning of your customer experience journey with Dualog! We have a few things lined up for this year so…stay tuned!
