Make vessel IT data available where you need it
Dualog Fetch will aggregate and record real-time, live data streams in Syslog format from your ships and send these message queues to any number of SIEM systems using the AMQP-protocol. Creating a data pipeline feeding your SOC (Security Operations Centre) with relevant security data is straightforward.
Reduce complexity
Dualog® Fetch collects Syslog messages from any device that can send notification messages using standard Syslog protocol, including most major firewalls from Cisco, Checkpoint and Fortigate*. You must configure the devices onboard to send Syslog data to the Fetch client. The Fetch listener port gathers all Syslog messages from network devices like routers, firewalls, switches, IDSs etc.
Advanced filtering
Dualog Fetch allows you to filter on devices, severity levels, facility codes and message content. For even more fine-tuned filtering, the service allows regular expressions (RegEx).
Made for maritime
Bandwidth can be a constraint in maritime operations. Easily define rules for when the system can send data based on message severity, data volume, satellite connection, and available connectivity.
Dualog Fetch utilises Dualog's state-of-the-art compression methods, delivering up to 99 % reductions in data volume from selected sources. Dualog Fetch takes advantage of the power of the Dualog Link platform and its maritime-optimised data transport protocols to transmit any volume of data to shore via satellite links.
Security
The service uses Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2) to enable secure transport of Syslog messages. No Syslog data will be stored in the cloud.
Reduce admin work
With Fetch, you can do all configurations from the administrative interface in the Dualog® Portal, effectively reducing effort in setting up the system across a diverse fleet of ships. Assign different rules for mixed ship groups.
Compliance
Build reports for the major regulatory mandates such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and NIST based on fleetwide network data to help you adhere to class guidelines.
Data Transfer
The amount of data exchanged between ships and shore is increasing every day, including business-critical files and documents.
Whether you need to synchronise an extensive library of technical documentation, distribute software updates and training materials or collect large video..
